1. What kind of bikes do you rent?
Our inventory consists of step thru frame 7-speed, dual hand brake,/disc brake, finest quality made pedal bike, 24 speed road bikes and Class 2 and Class 3 Electric bicycles. We do not have TRIKES or KIDS BIKES. Pedal Bikes are for 16 Years and Up! You Must Be 18 Years Old to ride and Electric Bike All rentals do have height adjustable gel seats, with locks, helmets and bottle holders included in the Rental Price!
2. What Sizes Are The Bikes?
The bikes are designed to fit most people ranging from
5'0" to 6'4". The seats are fully adjustable, upgraded gel padding.
3. What to do if there is an issue with the bike?
Please call immediately, we will gladly repair or exchange your equipment ASAP. Please Call or TEXT us with repair issues. You can also place our number in your phone for your convenience. 1-833-RNT-BIKE (768-2453)
4. Where do I leave my bike at the end of the ride?
Leave the bike at the same place it was delivered. Lock the bike wheel to the frame or a lampost etc. and spin the number dial to lock. Text to confirm Bike is ready for return pick-up. You do not need to wait for us to pick up the bike! There are no refunds for early returns.

What if it Rains?
You Get Wet!
We do not give refunds for rain once the bike is delivered.

CANCELLATIONS
"No Worries" cancelation policy. Cancel anytime for any reason right up to delivery for a full refund. After delivery, days are pro rated.
Advance Reservations Guarantee Availability
Book Online anytime for next day rentals.
Except for 1 day rentals, the date booked is considered the first day. (ex. 3 day picked up anytime Monday is due Wednesday by 5 PM).
1 day rentals are due back by 5 PM regardless of start time.
Electric bikes are rented with a fully charged battery. When the battery runs out, that is the end of the rental. We do not supply extra batteries.
Multi Day/Weekly rentals must be stored inside a domicile. (hotel room/concierge closet, garage, lanai.
As cyclists ourselves we understand sometimes things don’t always go as planned. Regardless of the changes occurred to your cycling days, we commit our bike rental service to be flexible, friendly and supportive. Kindly keep us posted well in advance and we will try to minimize any impact cancelling your rental might have.
BIKE SHARING IS PROHIBITED! ONLY THE PERSON(S) WHO HAVE SIGNED THE WAIVER ARE PERMITTED TO USE THE BICYCLE.
Customer agrees to return the bike in clean, UNDAMAGED condition to avoid any ADDITIONAL charges for repair, maintenance or replacement. Customer accepts use of the equipment, AS IS, in good condition and accepts full responsibility for care of the equipment while under his/her possession. Damaged parts or components will be repaired/replaced at Village Bike Rent discretion and customer agrees to pay regular shop rates and retail prices for components replaced. Clean condition means normal wear and tear is accepted but does not include broken spokes, rims, bent rims, damaged frames, handlebars, seats or other parts from misuse and/or crashes. Note: All bikes should be returned clean of mud and debris.
Customer agrees to provide Village Bike Rent with credit card details, for precautionary use only: I authorize Village Bike Rent to charge the credit card the have on file for me for all eventual costs in case of damages to the bicycle(s) during my rental period, comprehensive of labour, except in the case that I can demonstrate other’s faults with evidence and all necessary information for reimbursement.
A $25 fee will be charged for lost locks.
$25 for lost Helmet. Damaged mirrors, seats etc. will be assessed at wholesale cost.
